Depends. Small items such as earrings, wallets, clutches and accessories will ship as envelope mail and won’t be tracked unless you select express post shipping. You will receive notice when your item has shipped and if it has a tracking number it will be provided.

We are happy to assist you with a return or exchange on your order, as long as the return is initiated within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in brand new and unused condition. To start a return/exchange email nas@thistleindustries.ca with your order details.

We stand behind our products with a warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.
Warranty does not cover damage due to excessive wear-and-tear, abuse, or misuse. It is also void if the product has undergone repair or alteration by a third-party.

100% are products are made in Canada. All our products are designed in-house and go through a prototype and testing phase before being put into production right here in northern BC.
All our products are measured and cut-out by hand one at a time (including all the fringe). From there hardware and sections are glued in place before heading over to the industrial sewing machine for stitching.
We try to purchase as many of our materials from within North America as possible but some of our leathers come from Italy.
Because leather is a natural product it can really vary from hide to hide and even in different parts of the same hide. With any of our hair-on cowhide products we use the same hide for a round of bags so the cowhide colours (brindle, tricolour, beige etc) are the same but the print varies. If you want to see the exact product you will be receiving just send us a email and we will be happy to send photos of the current stock.
